GX visited clinics in Djibouti City

GX visited 3 community health centres in Djibouti City: Balballa, Balballa 2, and Nassib. The visits are essential to build a partnership for future patient recruitment into the cataract blindness elimination project, and to understand the context of the local health system. Through discussion with the doctors and technicians at the health centres, GX also explored the health needs, include vector borne disease, shortage of testing capacity, and medicines in the community health centres. These health centres will be key collaborators in our upcoming projects.
